Job Purpose

The purpose of the job is to support and drive the compliances with respect to all Acts, Laws, Rules and Regulations with focus on Companies Law, Listing Regulations, Secretarial Standards, SEBI & SAST Regulations.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

- Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Responsible for Compliance of Corporate Governance Norms 2. Maintenance of statutory Registers under Companies Act 3. Represent and Interact with statutory Authorities/ Regulators ( MCA, SEBI, RBI) 4.

Ensure

Convening and proper Management of Board and Various Committee meeting , general Meeting of the shareholders 5. Attend to shareholders grievances 6. Interact with Registrar & Transfer Agent of the Company 7. Interact with Various departments to ensure that the decisions of the Board and Committees are implemented.

- Make Employees aware of the Insider Trading Regulations and ensure proper disclosures and reporting are made to them and regulators.
