Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that drive performance improvement, leadership development, and skill enhancement.
- Manage complex projects related to talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation & benefits administration, policy implementation etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, industry standards by maintaining accurate records of employment data.
- Develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring employee engagement and retention.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR matters to senior management, focusing on business outcomes and long-term goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role within a dynamic business setting.
- Prior experience in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM (Humanities) or Master of Human Resource Development degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in managing large teams across multiple locations; strong understanding of corporate culture building principles.
