Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- 15 -20 years of experience in hardware design and development, with at least a few years in a leadership role

- Strong expertise in circuit design, validation, and debugging

- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder coordination

- Good understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing support

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in medical diagnostics, healthcare devices, or other regulated industries

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
