- 8-15 years experience in Customs, EXIM, DGFT with robust knowledge of Customs laws and EPCG schemes

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with Customs, EXIM, DGFT regulations and guidelines for the organization.

- Develop and implement effective trade compliance programs to minimize risks and ensure timely clearance of goods.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential issues and develop solutions to resolve them efficiently.

- Provide training and guidance on trade compliance matters to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in Customs, EXIM, DGFT or related field.

- Strong knowledge of Customs laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, EPCG schemes etc. .

- Experience in handling complex cases before various authorities such as Customs Appellate Authority (CA), High Court etc.
