- Responsible for end-to-end HR operations and entire employee lifecycle management from Hiring to Exit.
- Hospital staffing and workforce planning
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for hospital employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Review monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, arrears and full & final settlements.
- Coordination between the hospital/centre and Corporate HR
- Training, engagement, and capability development
- HR policies and implementation of corporate HR initiatives
- Performance management and appraisal processes
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- HR MIS, audits, and compliance reporting
- Supporting the Centre/Unit Head on people-related matters
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain required documentation and records.
