Professional Upskilling and EdTech Sales

Annual compensation: INR 6-12 lakh Fixed, based on experience and selection assessment. Detailed compensation and incentive terms will be shared during selection.

Monday to Friday | Saturday and Sunday off | UK-aligned shift

About the opportunityHelp working professionals co nnect their career goals with relevant learning. We are hiring an experienced sales professional to advise UK learners on our Data Analytics and Generative AI programme and convert suitable enquiries into paid enrolments.

Future Next Academy provides career-focused professional learning, with India operations through Jivoraa Education Pvt. Ltd. This is an individual sales role with personal enrolment and revenue targets.

What you will do

- Conduct discovery calls to understand career goals, existing experience, learning needs and readiness to enrol.
- Explain programme content, practical projects, learning commitments and career support in transparent, relevant terms.
- Run consultative sales conversations by phone, video, email and approved messaging channels.
- Address concerns about fees,



time commitments and programme suitability, and close enrolments through structured follow-ups.
- Own individual enrolment and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Explain approved fees, payment options and policies accurately, then coordinate the learner handover to onboarding.

What you will bring
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in professional upskilling, online certifications, executive education or EdTech.
- Evidence of owning a revenue target and closing sales directly, with examples of target achievement.
- Strong spoken and written English, active listening and a consultative approach to objections.
- Experience selling Data Analytics, Data Science, GenAI or AI certifications is an added advantage.
- UK or international sales exposure is preferred; strong domestic EdTech closers are also welcome.
