Senior IT System Admin(Azure, Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure) CTC - Up to 13 LPA

About the Role

We are actively seeking a highly motivated, technically robust, and proactive Senior IT System Administrator. Furthermore, you will lead and support our internal IT operations while delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, and security solutions for both internal stakeholders and clients.

This role requires an ownership mindset. Specifically, you must independently manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure operations, identity management, endpoint security, and client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Internal IT Leadership

- You will lead day-to-day internal IT operations to ensure high availability of business-critical systems.
- Additionally, you will take ownership of IT infrastructure, cloud services, endpoint management, and security operations.
- Moreover, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT administrators and support engineers.
- Furthermore, you must drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes, security, and operational efficiency.
- In addition, you will develop and maintain IT standards, policies, SOPs, and comprehensive documentation.




- You are also expected to ensure compliance with company security policies and industry best practices.
- Furthermore, you will manage IT assets, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and software inventory.
- Finally, you will coordinate seamlessly with vendors, partners, and external service providers.

Microsoft Azure Administration
- You will design, deploy, and manage robust Microsoft Azure environments.
- Additionally, you will administer Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Azure Storage.
- Moreover, you must manage Azure Backup, Azure Recovery Services, Azure Monitor, Azure App Services, and Azure Key Vault.
- Furthermore, you will configure secure VPN connectivity, advanced networking, routing, and firewall rules.
- You will also monitor Azure performance and utilization while driving cloud cost optimization.
- Finally, you must implement and uphold Azure security best practices.

Microsoft 365 Administration
- You will manage and support the complete Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Additionally, you will handle user administration, mailbox provisioning, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and licensing.
- Furthermore, you will configure robust security, compliance baselines,



and tenant-level administration.

Infrastructure Administration
- You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies (GPOs).
- Additionally, you will configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, VPN, networking components, and enterprise storage.
- Furthermore, you will monitor server performance, infrastructure health, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Client Infrastructure & Implementations
- You will lead technical implementation projects for clients, conducting technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions.
- Additionally, you will handle complex Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and Azure cloud migrations.
- Furthermore, you will configure hybrid enterprise environments while working closely with project managers.

Required Skills & Experience

- Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in IT Infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
- You need strong, demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise IT environments and managed services workflows is essential.
- You must possess a deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint security.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and disaster recovery management skills are required.
- Finally, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach are vital.
