Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor VMware virtual environments and storage systems.
- Handle server patching, backups and disaster recovery.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers.

Mandatory Criteria:

- 8–10 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in Windows Server, VMware and SAN storage.
- Previous experience in BFSI / HFC / NBFC is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working in the 3 PM – 12 AM shift.

Role Overview: Responsible for managing and maintaining Windows/Linux servers, VMware environments, storage, backups, server monitoring, security updates and infrastructure troubleshooting.
