TrustNest Homes is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential interior design and turnkey construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent design skills, strong client-handling abilities, good knowledge of interior design software, and practical experience in construction and site execution.

The candidate must be capable of independently handling clients and managing interior projects from initial consultation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, consultations, and site visits.
- Prepare space planning, 2D layouts, and 3D interior designs.
- Create mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Handle residential turnkey interior projects.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality execution.
- Handle client feedback, design changes, and approvals.




- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Software Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion – Preferred
- 3ds Max – Added advantage
- Photoshop – Preferred
- MS Excel – Basic knowledge required

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior designing.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior design and turnkey construction.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, modular kitchen, and false ceiling works.
- Ability to independently manage clients and projects.
- Must have a portfolio of completed interior projects.

Preferred Candidate
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Confident in client handling and communication.
- Solid in technical drawings and 3D presentations.
- Experienced in construction and site execution.
- Capable of managing projects independently.
- Responsible for taking ownership from design to project handover.
