Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
2. Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
4. Ensuring Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters and other HR correspondence.
5. Complete joining formalities and maintain employee documentation.
6. Ensure & Maintain employee master database, personal files and HRMS records.
7. Prepare recruitment MIS, manpower reports and HR dashboards.
8. Coordinate with Project Site HR teams for recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
9. Track vacancy status and ensure timely closure of approved positions.
10. Support employee confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation processes.
11. Assist in talent management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
12. Ensure HR records are audit-ready and compliant with company policies.
13. Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.

Handle employee queries related to recruitment and HR operations.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Head HR or Management.

Additional Duties Complete Monthly MIS Report submission,

Implementation of end-to-end recruitment in HRMS software.

Ensure softcopy documentation Record of all site employees.

Ensure Staff personal file record.

Overall implementation in HRMS.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure / EPC Projects.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, Oil & Gas, and construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging, project-driven workplace.
