Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹50000 to ₹60000 Negotiable on Current Salary

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: MBA

:

1.Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

2.Handle monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

3.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

4.Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

5.Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and manage end-to-end recruitment.

6.Coordinate with recruitment consultants and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.

7.Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance registers, and HR documentation.

8.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related queries.

9.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee-related processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
