Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter with a strong track record of closing executive, senior and business-critical positions within defined timelines. The ideal candidate can operate independently, own hiring targets, and lead and develop a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for executive, senior and critical positions, from requisition through to offer closure and joining

- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly hiring targets for self and team, and deliver within agreed turnaround times

- Partner with founders, CXOs and functional heads to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring timelines

- Lead headhunting and passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks and direct approach

- Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews for senior and leadership candidates

- Manage complex offer negotiations, counter-offers and notice-period to secure closures

- Lead, guide and review the performance of a team of recruiters; allocate positions and track individual targets

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for leadership and recurring critical roles

- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards covering pipeline health, TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratio





- Present hiring status and market insights to leadership on a regular basis

- Ensure a confidential, professional and high-touch experience for senior candidates

- Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with significant exposure to executive, senior and critical role hiring

- Proven track record of closing senior positions within committed timelines

- Strong headhunting, market mapping and passive sourcing skills

- Experience working independently with senior stakeholders and leadership

- Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team, with accountability for team targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, MIS and reporting

- High integrity and ability to handle confidential mandates with discretion

Positive to Have

- Hiring experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness or e-commerce

- Experience recruiting for functions such as brand, growth, e-commerce, supply chain, finance and NPD

- Exposure to bulk hiring or campus hiring alongside senior mandates
