WTF (wtf.fitness) is India's full-stack fitness company: 11 brands on one operating system - WTF Gyms (60 premium gyms of our own), WTF Powered (~200 partner gyms we run for their owners), WTF Franchise, Metaboliq (doctor-led weight-loss programme), EVRYDAY nutrition and WTF Academy. ~270 gyms, 85,000+ members. Our frontline - trainers, membership and PT sales, front desk, gym managers and inside-sales teams - is the product, and we are building a training academy that runs like Urban Company's or a Taj hotel's.

Not for policy-only MNC HR, pure payroll, pure TA or HR consultants. You will run HR yourself, daily, on the ground.

What you own

- Hiring at volume: trainers, sales, front desk and managers for 60+ gyms, plus corporate hires - with a team of recruiters.
- HRBP for business heads: org design, performance reviews,



PIPs, incentives, promotions.
- L&D; with our training manager; employee relations and grievances every day - you are the person staff call.
- Oversee payroll, PF/ESIC, joining and exit hygiene through the HR ops team; HRMS discipline.
- Report to the founders. Fast decisions, no bureaucracy.

Who fits

- 8-13 years, of which 3+ running HR end to end for a quick-growing multi-site workforce: retail, QSR, hospitality, gyms, consumer or quick-commerce startups.
- You have hired 300+ people a year and closed tough grievances yourself.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 15-22.5 LPA.
