Job Purpose

We are a premier Bank DSA looking for a highly connected and aggressive HR Recruitment Specialist from HDFC or Kotak Mahindra Bank branches. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high-performing Business Loan (BL) / LAP Sales Professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire top-tier sales talent from banks, other DSAs, and the open market who consistently drive heavy volumes (ticket sizes resulting in ₹3 Crores to ₹4 Crores monthly business).

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Targeted Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit high-performing Sales Managers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and DST leaders from HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank, competitor DSAs, and the open market.
- Volume Business Hiring: Specifically identify and headhunt sales professionals who have a proven track record of delivering a monthly business volume of ₹3 Cr – ₹4 Cr in Business Loans.
- Network Utilization: Leverage your existing branch networks and industry connections to attract active "big-ticket" loan writers.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—screening, interviewing, negotiating payouts/incentive structures, and onboarding.
- Market Mapping:



Competitor mapping to identify where the highest-performing sales agents and teams are currently working.
- Retention & Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with the hired sales team to ensure high retention and continuous productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Background: Must have worked as an HR/Recruiter directly for or closely with HDFC Bank or Kotak Mahindra Bank branches.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Business Loan (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Unsecured MSME lending ecosystem.
- Hiring Channels: Robust expertise in headhunting, references, social media recruiting (LinkedIn), and tapping into open-market sales networks.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to pitch the benefits of working with a leading DSA (higher payout flexibility, faster processing, multi-bank options).
- Target Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict monthly hiring mandates.
