Roles & Responsibilities – HR Department

1. Recruitment

- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Manpower utilization reporting for COP and third-party staff.
- MRF validation and Recruitment Committee approvals.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Salary negotiation, offer release, and candidate follow-up until DOJ.

2. Onboarding

- Managing end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinating with IT and Admin for asset allocation.
- Joining documentation, verification, and HRMS activation.

3. Probation Assessment

- Coordinating and documenting probation assessments.
- Communicating assessment outcomes and managing confirmation processes.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Managing employee welfare, R&R;, and engagement activities.
- Handling employee confirmations, exits, and NOC workflows.
- Coordinating F&F; documentation and payroll inputs with Finance.

5. Training & Development

- Planning and coordinating training based on TNA.
- Managing training delivery, attendance, feedback, and assessments.

6. Employee Grievance Management





- Handling employee grievances and coordinating resolutions.
- Providing employee-related information to concerned departments.

7. HR Reporting & MIS

- Preparing HR reports and MIS
- 8. Administration - Managing the administration and general upkeep of the Vision Centre.

Required Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations and generalist HR functions.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, and statutory documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
- Issuing HR letters and maintaining employee documentation.
