Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR in Manufacturing Industry with positive communication skills

- Recruitment exp: Use of latest Recruitment tools, ability to hire freshers from campus
- Interviewing skills
- On boarding
- Caring nature, Staff Empowerment and Welfare
- Staff performance measurement, incentives and hikes
- Attendance and payroll, leave management
- Act on Resource gaps, Training needs
- Maintain files, documents as per Quality standards ,resolving staff grievances
