Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate branding, premium visual communication, and performance-driven marketing creatives for residential and commercial projects.

Candidates who have worked with real estate developers, channel partners, real estate marketing agencies, or creative agencies handling real estate clients will be preferred. Hands-on experience in real estate design and branding is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design premium social media creatives for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
- Create high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Design project brochures, floor plans, flyers, banners, newspaper advertisements, hoardings, standees, site branding, and sales presentation decks.
- Develop complete branding identities for real estate projects, including project logos, visual guidelines, and launch campaign creatives.
- Create creatives for property launches, festive campaigns, promotional offers, channel partner events, exhibitions, and corporate branding.
- Maintain premium visual aesthetics and consistency across multiple real estate brands and projects.
- Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, video editors, sales teams, and project managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of creative concepts, design execution,



and quality checks.
- Stay updated with real estate marketing trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging design practices.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Mandatory experience designing marketing creatives for real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of print production, including brochures, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and outdoor branding.
- Ability to create premium, visually appealing designs for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with relevant experience in real estate marketing or branding.
- A strong portfolio showcasing real estate social media creatives, brochures, project branding, advertisements, and marketing collateral is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience working with real estate developers, channel partners, or agencies specializing in real estate marketing.
- Candidates with experience in premium residential and commercial real estate branding.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
