Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Data Analyst to support our finance team in managing, analysing, and reporting financial data. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.

This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial reports, analysing financial performance, tracking budgets, and developing dashboards to support day-to-day finance operations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Revenue, Expenses, and Budget vs. Actuals.
- Perform financial and variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
- Monitor revenue, costs, expenses, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.
- Investigate significant deviations between actual financial results, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
- Work closely with Finance Managers, Controllers, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Use SQL and BI tools to extract, analyse, and present financial information.
- Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and maintain proper reporting standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Financial Reporting, FP&A;, or Finance Data Analysis.
- Robust understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Revenue Analysis, Cost Tracking, and Budget vs. Actuals.




- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Hands-on experience with financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with Finance Managers, Finance Controllers, or senior finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and present findings clearly.
