Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

VOYE HOMES® is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our expanding hospitality brand. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities and payment reconciliations (Bank, UPI, payment gateways, and pay-at-property transactions).
- Handle vendor payments, credit transactions, petty cash management, and partner settlements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support MIS reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF.
- Prepare and file GST returns (monthly and annual), TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
- Manage ESI and PF filings in accordance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and statutory auditors during audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper compliance documentation.




- Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in hospitality or real estate is an added advantage).
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and Indian statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS returns, Income Tax, ESI, and PF compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (including formulas, reconciliation, and reporting).
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
