Senior Finance Executive

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Zeon Electric Private Limited (Zeon Charging), one of India's leading EV charging infrastructure companies, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting, with the ability to independently manage finance functions while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities, including return filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors, and Consultants during audits and assessments.
- Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, supporting documents, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow statements, and working capital planning.
- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
- Review accounting entries, invoices, purchase orders, expense claims,



and payment approvals for accuracy.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Support management with financial analysis, business reporting, and decision-making.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting), and ERP systems.
- Experience in handling statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS (Qualified or Pursuing) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
- Candidates with experience in CA firms, audit firms, statutory audit, internal audit, taxation, or compliance will be given preference.
