Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain collection MIS from bank portals, payment gateways, and bank emails

- Monitor and record receivables; follow up on pending store-wise balances

- Perform bank, cash, card, and Paytm reconciliations

- Manage MID & profit centre mapping and master data in SAP

- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

- Coordinate CMS & EDC services (installation/uninstallation)

- Process customer refunds and employee recoveries

- Prepare monthly provisions for expenses (MDR, EDC rental, and CMS pickup charges)

- Analyze bank charges and maintain trackers

- Prepare store-wise collection outstanding reports

- Coordinate with CA firms and support audit closure

- Expenses booking related to bank charges, EDC rental, CMS pickup, and professional services

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)

- 25 years’ experience in collection accounting, MIS, or retail finance

- Working knowledge of SAP and robust Excel skills

- Experience in bank reconciliation, Collection reconciliation, CMS/EDC, and payment gateways

- Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills

Knowledge of retail industry trends and best accounting practices is a plus.
