Maxnova Healthcare is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – QC (GLP & Laboratory Compliance) for its Baddi manufacturing facility.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, reviewing and maintaining laboratory documentation and ensuring compliance with Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), applicable quality standards and internal laboratory procedures.

The role requires strong documentation skills, practical knowledge of laboratory compliance systems and the ability to independently monitor and review QC laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, maintain and control QC laboratory documentation as per established procedures.
- Monitor implementation and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Review laboratory records, test reports, worksheets, logbooks and instrument usage records.
- Ensure proper maintenance and periodic review of laboratory SOPs, specifications, formats and controlled documents.
- Monitor calibration, qualification and maintenance records of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of laboratory activities, deviations, incidents and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor laboratory housekeeping, safety, hygiene and compliance requirements.




- Conduct periodic reviews of laboratory documentation to identify gaps and ensure timely corrections.
- Coordinate and support internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up on audit observations, compliance gaps and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of QC laboratory activities.
- Coordinate with QA and other departments for timely closure of compliance-related observations.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain laboratory documentation status.

Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Candidates with additional training or knowledge in GLP, GMP, laboratory quality systems and documentation will be preferred.

Experience Required
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in QC laboratory documentation, GLP compliance, laboratory monitoring or quality systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, herbal or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Practical experience in reviewing laboratory documentation and monitoring compliance is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
