Role Summary

This role is for a Marketing Technology & Operations Analyst who is collaborative, quick learning, customer-focused problem solver & can work across different marketing technology tools, data, and operations to simplify processes and turn business needs into practical, measurable solutions. This role will help connect business needs with scalable technology, data, workflow, and reporting solutions across Voya’s marketing ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibility:

Support the administration, adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management of MarTech platforms.

Enable email, webinar, digital, distributed marketing, and customer-journey programs, including campaign setup, segmentation, testing, QA, and reporting.





Support Adobe Workfront intake, project templates, workflows, proofing, reporting, governance, and user enablement.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting using consistent KPI definitions and reliable source data.

Partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data & Analytics, Compliance, business units, and vendors to gather requirements and coordinate delivery.

Improve data quality, process documentation, platform governance, and readiness for integrations, automation, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Create SOPs, training materials, status updates, and leadership-ready insights while communicating risks and dependencies early.

Education

Graduate in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline

Primary Skill:

MarTech platform administration and enablement, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, Data & Analytics Platforms, Stakeholder management & Good Communication Skills

Secondary Skill:

Knowledge of Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence tools, Process Improvement & Governance, Knowledge of Digital Asset Management platforms (like Bynder), Data & Analytics Platforms, Good Interpersonal skills

Education

Relevant Salesforce, Power BI, Workfront, GA4, or similar certification
