Responsibility The R&D; Executive supports the development of new paint formulations and improvement of existing products.

This role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with QC and production teams to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions

Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and refine paint formulations.

Test raw materials and additives for suitability in product development.

Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab documentation.

Collaborate with QC and production teams to ensure smooth scale-up of lab-developed products.

Assist in developing cost-effective & durable formulations.

Support in preparing technical reports and product specifications.

Stay updated on industry trends, new raw materials,



and technologies.

Ensure compliance with ISO and company standards during R&D; activities.

Maintain lab safety and proper handling of chemicals.

Lead R&D; projects to develop new paint products and improve existing formulations.

Skills Required

Robust knowledge of paint chemistry and formulation techniques.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with lab instruments and testing equipment.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Experience Required

4 years - 7 years

Previous experience working in an R & D role within a paint company is highly preferred.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Paint

Technology, B. Tech in Chemical, Polymer or similar background.
