Key Responsibilities

Import &

- Export Logistics

- Handle Sea &
- Air freight forwarding activities for imports and exports.

- Obtain freight quotations, prepare comparisons, negotiate rates, and finalize forwarders.

- Track vessel connectivity and coordinate shipment schedules.

- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.

Export Operations &

- Documentation

- Arrange export containers as per PPC/production plan.

- Coordinate vehicle/container movement from pickup to factory.

- Share commercial documents with CHA/forwarders for customs clearance.

- Verify shipping bill checklist including shipper, consignee, notify party, price, weights, and scheme code.

- Prepare/coordinate SLI, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, TSB, Fumigation Certificate, MSDS, and Certificate of Compliance.

- Review and finalize BL drafts and collect final BL copies.

- Submit export documents to Finance/BFA for payment realization.

- Share required documents with overseas customers for destination clearance.





- Maintain accurate import/export documentation and records.

Transportation Management

- Coordinate commercial vehicle arrangements and transporter activities.

- Supervise heavy equipment handling and transportation.

- Arrange and monitor transportation for coil/material movement.

- Track vehicle movement and resolve transportation issues.

Vendor &

- Payment Management

- Verify logistics service bills and ensure timely processing.

- Maintain AP/payment trackers.

- Coordinate with Finance for vendor payment follow-up.

- Resolve billing and vendor-related issues.
