We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based test automation, embedded systems validation, and motor control testing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Python automation frameworks, validating motor control firmware, performing HIL/SIL testing, and debugging embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks for embedded systems and motor control applications.
- Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and system validation.
- Perform testing and validation of BLDC, PMSM, and ACIM motor control applications.
- Validate motor control algorithms, including FOC, sensorless control, speed/torque loops, and position control.
- Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
- Develop Python utilities for data logging, signal analysis, plotting, and automated test reporting.
- Perform embedded firmware testing, debugging, board bring-up, and system integration.
- Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, current sensors, and motor test benches.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, verification protocols, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and motor design teams to identify and resolve system-level issues.




- Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in test automation, test coverage, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Embedded Systems Testing and Validation.
- Expertise in Python Programming and Test Automation Framework Development.
- Hands-on experience in Embedded Firmware Testing.
- Experience with Motor Control Systems BLDC, PMSM, or ACIM.
- Knowledge of Field Oriented Control (FOC), PWM, ADC, and control algorithms.
- Experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in embedded environments.

Good to Have:

- Experience with dSPACE, NI, Speedgoat, or custom HIL platforms.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with Robot Framework or Squish.
- Knowledge of RTOS FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
- Exposure to Jenkins, Docker, Git, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Robotics, or Motor-driven products.

Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline. Why Join Us?
