- Structural Engineering
- Knowledge of RCC & Steel design principles

(IS codes, Eurocodes, ACI, etc.).

- Retrofitting and strengthening techniques.

Experience Expectations
- 8–15 years of relevant experience (for Senior Engineer).
- BE Civil / BTech Civil Minimum 8 yrs
- Diploma In Civil Engineering Minimum 10 yrs
- Proven track record in delivering medium to large building projects (residential complexes, commercial towers, institutional buildings, Government buildings, industrial sheds).
- Ability to handle end-to-end site execution: from excavation to finishing and handover.
