Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions for training equipment and lab setups. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves creating detailed electrical designs, overseeing power distribution and safety aspects, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electronics engineers, educators, and project managers, to translate technical requirements into robust, reliable products. Daily responsibilities include reviewing schematics,



conducting feasibility studies, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to continuous improvement of product designs, and providing technical input for client proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electricity and practical application in industrial and educational setups.
- Candidates should possess experience in Power Distribution and Power Systems, including safety and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Several years of experience in electrical design for industrial automation, training equipment, or similar environments.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD tools and relevant simulation software.
- Understanding of national and international electrical standards and codes.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing technical aspects of projects is an advantage.
