About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical AMC Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Industrial HT Panels, LT Panels and Power Transformers. The candidate will be responsible for independently executing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) projects, preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical testing, troubleshooting and client coordination across industrial sites.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling 11 KV HT systems, VCB servicing, ACB maintenance, transformer testing, oil filtration and electrical protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. HT Panel Maintenance & Servicing

- Independently execute maintenance and servicing of industrial HT panels.
- Perform 11 KV VCB servicing, contact cleaning, lubrication and functional checks.
- Inspect busbars, isolators, CTs, PTs and associated electrical components.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot HT electrical systems.

2. LT Panel Maintenance

- Handle maintenance of LT panels, ACBs, MCCBs, contactors and distribution systems.
- Conduct busbar inspection, tightening and thermal checks.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of LT electrical systems.

3. Power Transformer Maintenance

- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of power and distribution transformers.
- Monitor oil levels, temperature, leakage, breather conditions and other critical parameters.




- Execute transformer oil filtration, dehydration and BDV testing.
- Conduct transformer electrical testing and performance checks.

4. Electrical Testing & Protection Systems

- Perform Insulation Resistance (IR) and Polarization Index (PI) testing.
- Conduct contact resistance and winding resistance testing.
- Perform transformer oil BDV testing.
- Carry out relay testing, protection system inspection and troubleshooting.
- Operate electrical testing instruments and prepare test reports.

5. AMC Project Execution & Client Coordination

- Independently manage industrial electrical AMC activities.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with industrial clients, site teams and maintenance departments.
- Prepare technical service reports, testing reports and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of AMC activities and breakdown maintenance.

6. Electrical Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site procedures.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW) and PPE requirements.
- Inspect earthing systems and electrical safety arrangements.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance and AMC projects.
- Must have independently handled complete HT/LT Panel and Transformer AMC activities.
- Strong practical knowledge of 11 KV HT systems, VCB servicing, ACB maintenance and power transformers.
- Hands-on experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting and protection systems.
- Should be capable of independently managing industrial site visits and maintenance assignments.
- Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing units, EPC companies or electrical service organizations will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across industrial locations in Delhi NCR.
