Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve hospital website visibility on Google and other search engines.

- Conduct keyword research related to hospital specialties, doctors, treatments, diagnostic services and healthcare-related searches.

- Perform On-Page SEO activities, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, keyword placement and image optimization.

- Implement Off-Page SEO strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.

- Perform Local SEO to improve hospital visibility in Tirupur and surrounding locations.

- Optimize Google Business Profile with updated hospital details, specialties, doctor information, photos and regular posts.

- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including website speed, broken links, indexing and mobile responsiveness.

- Coordinate with website developers for technical SEO improvements.

- Develop SEO-friendly healthcare blogs, articles, specialty pages and landing pages.

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, website performance and search visibility.

- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to track SEO performance.

- Prepare monthly SEO reports and implement improvement strategies.

- Manage and regularly update the hospital's Google Business Profile.

- Ensure accurate hospital address, contact details, operating hours and specialty information.

- Upload hospital photographs, promotional creatives and service updates.

- Monitor Google reviews, ratings and patient feedback.

- Coordinate with concerned departments for appropriate responses to patient reviews.

- Improve local search visibility and online hospital reputation.

- Monitor hospital listings across relevant online directories.

Digital Advertising &

- Campaign Management

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Develop targeted advertising campaigns for hospital specialties, doctors, treatments and healthcare packages.

- Generate patient enquiries through paid digital campaigns.

- Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign expenditure.

- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, reach and conversions.

- Optimize advertisements to improve lead generation and reduce advertising costs.

- Coordinate with management for campaign approvals and promotional budgets.

Content Creation &

- Graphic Designing

- Design promotional posters, banners, brochures, digital advertisements and social media creatives.

- Create engaging healthcare awareness content and specialty-related promotional materials.

- Develop short videos, reels, doctor introduction videos and hospital promotional videos.

- Coordinate with doctors and department HODs to collect accurate medical information.

- Prepare content for health awareness days, medical camps,



hospital events and special occasions.

- Ensure all promotional content follows hospital branding and healthcare advertising guidelines.

- Use Canva, Photoshop and other designing tools for creative development.

Website Management

- Maintain and regularly update the hospital website.

- Upload doctor profiles, qualifications, specialties, services and hospital facilities.

- Update healthcare packages, medical camp details and hospital announcements.

- Ensure website content is accurate, relevant and professionally presented.

- Monitor website functionality, page loading speed and mobile responsiveness.

- Coordinate with website developers for technical updates and improvements.

- Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and user-friendly.

Lead Generation &

- Patient Enquiry Coordination

- Generate patient enquiries through social media, websites, Google and paid advertising campaigns.

- Coordinate with the front office, marketing and patient relations teams for enquiry follow-up.

- Maintain records of digital enquiries and lead sources.

- Monitor lead follow-up status and conversion performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve patient enquiry generation.

- Support promotional activities for newly introduced specialties and healthcare services.

Reporting &

- Performance Analysis

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly digital marketing activity reports.

- Monitor social media reach, engagement, followers and website traffic.

- Track SEO rankings, organic traffic and Google Business Profile performance.

- Analyse advertising expenditure, lead generation and cost per lead.

- Prepare campaign performance reports and share them with the reporting authority.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
