Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment PROCESS

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements and company criteria.

• Conduct initial telephonic and HR screening interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.

• Discuss and negotiate salary, notice period, availability, and joining timelines with selected candidates.

• Ensure a smooth recruitment process from candidate sourcing to final joining.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker on a regular basis.





• Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR activities.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and explore recent sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality of hire.
