Overview

The Retail Partner Model is an entrepreneurial, variable agency distribution model. As a Retail Partner, you will partner with Bajaj Life Insurance to build and manage a high-performing network of financial advisors and consultants, unlocking unlimited, commission-driven earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard tax practitioners, DSAs, financial consultants, and insurance advisors into the Bajaj Life network.

Business Sourcing: Drive life insurance sales (Term, Savings, Retirement, and ULIP plans) through your onboarded partner network.

Enablement & Support: Provide product training, sales assistance, and joint field support to help partners maximize their output.

Target Achievement: Drive active month-on-month business generation and continuously expand your partner base.

Candidate Profile

Background as Financial Advisors, Mutual Fund/Loan Agents, Tax Consultants, or Business Owners.

Strong local network, proactive sales mindset, and good communication skills.





Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
