Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced IBPO professionals with 2-4 years of experience in US Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in healthcare back-office processes, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day US Healthcare BPO operations and assigned process activities.

- Process and review healthcare-related transactions accurately within defined TAT.

- Verify patient, insurance and claim-related information as per process requirements.

- Handle documentation, data entry and transaction processing.

- Identify discrepancies, errors and missing information and take corrective action.

- Maintain process accuracy, productivity and quality benchmarks.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client-specific guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.

- Prepare daily productivity and performance reports when required.

- Escalate complex cases to the team leader or supervisor.





- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.

- Support process improvements and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in BPO / IBPO / US Healthcare operations.

- Good understanding of back-office operations and transaction processing.

- Experience in data entry, documentation and process validation.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to meet daily productivity, quality and TAT targets.

- Knowledge of US Healthcare RCM is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
