Job Summary

The Proposals & Process manager is responsible for the activities associated with the development of

proposals and process for water and wastewater projects. This role works independently to develop

proposal and process outlines, compliance matrixes, proposal and process schedules, and provide

leadership and direction to cross-functional teams assigned to work proposal efforts. The Proposals &

Process manager ensures that the proposal and process response is compliant, compelling, and

completed on schedule. They will review proposals, providing guidance and recommendations, and

editing sections as appropriate.

Roles and Responsibilities

ï‚· Prepare proposals that are compliant, compelling, and completed on schedule.

ï‚· Develop cost effective and cutting-edge water/wastewater treatment process designs that meet client

design basis and requirements.

ï‚· Ensure technical proposals are developed with accurate deliverables such as design basis,

performance guarantees, technical deviations, PFDs, P&IDs;, GAs, project schedule and any other

drawings, forms or documentation.

ï‚· Making process and instrumentation Diagram of ETP, STP, UF, WTP& DM Plant.





ï‚· Responsible for tender study, understanding the specifications and requirement and making pre-

bid queries.

ï‚· Continuous learn and improve knowledge on process technologies and designs.

ï‚· Design, engineer and analyse physicochemical separations processes as water pre-treatment

systems for downstream desalination operations. Specific processes include precipitation reactors,

clarifiers, filter presses, ion exchange and filtration pre-treatment.

ï‚· Develop relationships with vendors and contractors to improve buying power and increase

competitiveness of proposals.

ï‚· Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Commercial, Engineering, Field Services, Finance) when

required to develop technical and commercial proposals on time and with highest work quality.
