Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and manage the front desk efficiently, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

2. Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary, ensuring clear communication within the organization.

3. Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records and information in the company's database to support operations.

4. Scheduling Appointments: Assist in managing calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings, helping to coordinate schedules between clients and staff.

5. General Administrative Support: Provide support in daily administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
