Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our recruitment team as HR Telecallers / Candidate

Recruiters. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening

applicants, and coordinating the recruitment and joining process for BigBasket-related hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Search and identify suitable candidates using the WorkIndia application and portal.

 Contact candidates by phone and explain available job vacancies, eligibility criteria, salary, and job locations.

 Screen candidates based on job requirements and assess their suitability.

 Shortlist eligible candidates and coordinate the next stages of recruitment.

 Follow up regularly with interested applicants to ensure timely responses.

 Maintain candidate details and update recruitment status.

 Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding interview schedules, selection updates, and joining formalities.

 Support candidates throughout the recruitment process and work towards achieving recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are also eligible.

 Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

 Languages Required: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

 Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use online recruitment platforms.

 A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements

 Personal laptop or computer - compulsory.

 Android smartphone.

 Stable internet connection.

 A quiet and suitable work-from-home setting.

 Ability to make recruitment calls and complete follow-ups independently.

Salary and Incentives

 Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000.

 Additional performance-based incentives, subject to the applicable incentive policy.

 Salary and incentive eligibility will be as per the employer's terms and conditions.
