About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote position. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, communicating with applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate hiring statuses.

Support hiring targets and ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Maintain professional communication with candidates and ensure proper follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Must have a personal laptop or desktop and a reliable internet connection.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.





Basic understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.

Organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow up consistently.

Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
