- 8-10 years of Demand Planning experience
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries
- Solid Demand Forecasting and statistical analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis (preferred)
- Experience with S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning processes
- Strong understanding of Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Demand Planning KPIs
- Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, JDE, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Industry Background: FMCG / Manufacturing with international exposure
