Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in developing Speech Recognition (ASR) systems for various industries including finance, insurance, or fintech.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience working with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience designing scalable architectures for large-scale projects involving complex data processing pipelines.

- Proven track record of successfully integrating STT solutions into existing infrastructure.
