Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, and up-to-date data engineering technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience building and optimizing scalable data pipelines, managing cloud data warehouses, and delivering business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
- Manage Snowflake access controls, warehouse configurations, and query performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, macros, and exposures.
- Build, orchestrate, and manage data pipelines using Prefect, including flows, tasks, deployments, and agents.
- Work with Google BigQuery, implementing partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization strategies.
- Develop and deliver interactive dashboards and BI solutions using DOMO.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation and analytics.
- Leverage Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
- Implement Git-based version control, CI/CD workflows, and deployment practices for data engineering.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and effective data delivery.

Required Technical Skills
- Snowflake: Data warehousing, access controls, performance tuning.
- dbt: Models, tests, macros, exposures, and CI/CD integration.
- Prefect: Flows, tasks, deployments, and agents.
- Google BigQuery: Partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization.
- DOMO: Data visualization, dashboard development, and BI delivery.
- SQL: Advanced SQL query development and optimization.
- Python: Data processing and automation (strong plus).
- Git & CI/CD: Version control, code management, and automated deployment workflows.

Good to Have
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Familiarity with Listrak.
- Experience integrating marketing data platforms with analytics and data warehousing solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Prefect.
- Experience working with modern cloud data platforms and BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contractual engagement.
