Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data and AI products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving end-to-end product ownership across Data Platforms, AI/ML solutions, Data Governance, and Cloud Data Modernization initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, architects, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, business-focused data products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

- Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for Data & AI products.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Own product backlog, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Drive product adoption, business value realization, and continuous improvement.

Data & AI Product Development

- Lead the development of AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Translate business problems into scalable data and AI product capabilities.
- Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Establish KPI-driven product success metrics and outcome tracking.

Data Platform & Modernization

- Drive enterprise data platform initiatives leveraging Lakehouse architectures.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization projects across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Define scalable data architecture, integration, metadata, and governance standards.
- Partner with engineering teams to build reusable data products and platform capabilities.

Data Governance & Responsible AI





- Define and implement data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and lineage processes.
- Lead compliance initiatives involving GDPR, HIPAA, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish Responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, bias monitoring, and model governance.
- Collaborate with governance teams utilizing tools such as Collibra, Informatica MDM, Alation, and Purview.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and clients to drive product vision.
- Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business cases to leadership teams.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams comprising Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and Analysts.
- Drive Agile delivery methodologies and continuous innovation.
- Manage large-scale global delivery programs and stakeholder engagements.

- 15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and Product Management.
- Proven experience owning enterprise data or AI product roadmaps.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
- Experience leading global teams of 20 members.
- Robust blend of business acumen, technical depth, and leadership capability.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation programs.
