Manvendra Foundation is looking for a senior qualified to lead CSR strategy and advisory engagements with corporate organisations, particularly multinational companies.
The role will focus on helping organisations strengthen their CSR strategies, improve existing initiatives, enhance the visibility of their CSR work and demonstrate meaningful organisational and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise organisations on developing and strengthening their CSR strategies and programmes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance existing CSR initiatives.
- Help organisations increase the visibility and positioning of their CSR work.
- Support organisations in demonstrating their impact through strategic CSR initiatives.
- Develop and promote opportunities around mental wellness and mental well-being programmes.
- Provide strategic advisory and consulting support to corporate organisations on CSR and social impact.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in CSR strategy, corporate advisory, consulting or social impact.
- Experience working with corporate organisations, preferably multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of CSR programmes and organisational impact.
- Ability to advise organisations on strengthening their existing CSR initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience or exposure to mental wellness and mental well-being initiatives will be an advantage.
Nature of the Role: This is a strategic advisory and consulting-oriented position. The focus is on guiding organisations, strengthening CSR programmes, improving visibility and demonstrating impact. It is not a day-to-day operational or programme execution role.
