Work Summary:

- Role Overview: A leadership position responsible for maximizing admission and repayment conversion rates, minimizing lead leakage, and optimizing sales funnels across business operations.
- Core Responsibilities: Oversees conversion strategies, audits sales and repayment processes for SOP compliance, and leads team performance through daily huddles and structured coaching.
- Analytics & Reporting: Manages business analytics by tracking key metrics, producing daily/monthly MIS reports, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with Sales, Repayment, Marketing, Finance, and Branch Managers to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Conversions: Develop strategies to boost lead-to-admission conversion rates, fix customer journey bottlenecks, and optimize repayment/collection performance.
- Sales & Funnel Oversight: Monitor sales funnel efficiency,



minimize lead leakage, and track executive productivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the CRO team through daily huddles, weekly reviews, and structured coaching.
- Audits & Quality Control: Audit sales and repayment processes, check SOP adherence, and provide actionable feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare daily dashboards, funnel analyses, monthly MIS reports, and performance trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or Operations (MBA preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and results-orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
