REPORTS TO: Collection Manager /RSM THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Our customers take loans from us to grow their lives and businesses. Your job is to stay in touch with them after the loan is disbursed. You remind them about EMIs, understand it when they are struggling, agree a realistic plan together, and make sure the payment actually comes in. You will do this through phone calls and field visits, while following the RBI Fair Practices Code at every step. It is a people-first role: positive communication and honesty matter more than being pushy.

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

- Call borrowers on EMI due dates and early overdue accounts (030 days past due), politely and with a clear purpose.
- Visit borrowers in person at their homes or business premises to collect overdue EMIs and sort out repayment concerns face to face.
- Get a Promise-to-Pay (PTP) from the borrower, confirm it, and follow up until it is kept. If a PTP is broken, let your senior or manager know.
- Understand why a payment is missed and suggest a practical repayment option within company-approved guidelines.




- Escalate the right accounts to the Senior Collection Executive when they move into higher overdue buckets (30+ / 60+ days).
- Collect payments the right way: post-dated cheques (PDCs), NACH mandates or online payment confirmations, based on the agreed plan.
- Update the CRM after every interaction with the call outcome, visit notes and payment status, accurately and on time.
- Follow the rules, always: RBI Fair Practices Code, company SOPs and data-protection guidelines.

WHO CAN APPLY

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc or BBM preferred).

* 0.6–2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, field sales or BPO is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.

* Basic knowledge of NBFC or banking loan products is an added advantage.

* You can speak Hindi and English comfortably. Telugu and Kannada are a bonus.
