Location: Maharashtra (multiple project sites, travel required)

Experience: 56 years (industrial construction, PMC/consultancy background preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role:

Monitor industrial construction projects as PMC, ensuring work meets drawings, quality, safety, schedule and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor civil and structural works against drawings, BOQ and schedule
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
- Review drawings and submittals, track RFIs
- Prepare DPR, WPR, MOMs and site reports
- Quality and safety monitoring (ITP, QAP, NCR closure)
- Verify measurements and RA bills
- Coordinate with PHE and MEP services
- Snagging, as-built drawings and handover
