Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu offerings, focusing on Indian cuisine.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.




- Assist in the creation of new recipes and menu items, bringing creativity and innovation to the culinary team.

Required Skills
