ABIRIBA LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen our business development team and expand our presence across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Position: Business Development Manager
Location - Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: MBA / Marketing / Business Development Background
Salary: As per Company Norms
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹50,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Visit and develop business relationships with contractors, builders, *developers, and potential clients.
*Identify current business opportunities across multiple sectors, including:
*Hotels & Restaurants
*Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities
*Shopping Malls & Commercial Complexes
*Residential Projects
*Industrial Sectors
*Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
*Present company services and convert potential leads into confirmed business agreements.
*Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful closure of projects.
*Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
*Achieve monthly business development and agreement-signing targets.
PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
Your performance drives your rewards!
Monthly incentives of up to ₹50,000.
Incentives will be calculated at the end of each month.
Incentive eligibility will be based on the total square footage covered under successfully signed client agreements.
Higher project closures and larger agreement values create greater earning opportunities.
