Hiring: Senior Bartender

Location: YAAR – Your Friendly Bar, Zostel Morjim, North Goa

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Bartender who knows their way around the bar, enjoys creating excellent drinks and can deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages.
- Manage daily bar operations, inventory and stock.
- Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and creating new drink recipes.
- Ensure a great guest experience through friendly and efficient service.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Bartender/Senior Bartender.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage bar operations independently.

Compensation & Perks:

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Service Charge.
- Staff accommodation provided.
- Immediate joining preferred.
