We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Database Development, ETL processes, and Microsoft BI & Azure technologies. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data platforms, developing data pipelines, optimizing database solutions, and delivering business-driven data solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor team members, drive delivery, and contribute to Azure cloud adoption initiatives.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data platforms using Azure technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
- Build efficient data models and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS.




- Troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with business teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Support effort estimation, sprint planning, project delivery, and Azure cloud adoption initiatives.

• Mentor team members and drive technical excellence and timely delivery.

- 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, and Microsoft BI technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Database Design.
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, and Synapse SQL Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines, and Data Modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure Analysis Services (Tabular Models).
- Positive understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Sprint Planning.
- Experience in effort estimation, project planning, and team mentoring.
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in building and maintaining scalable enterprise data platforms.

- Exposure to Azure cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
