We are hiring an experienced and creative Senior Architect for a leading real estate developer in Bihar. The company independently designs, plans and executes its residential and institutional projects.

The selected candidate will lead architectural design and execution activities from initial concept development to construction documentation and in office implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and planning for residential and institutional projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings and detailed design documentation.
- Oversee projects from concept development through construction and execution.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and approval requirements.
- Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related technical issues.
- Manage project timelines, design deliverables and coordination activities.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.




- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA).
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in residential and institutional building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other architectural design tools.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, building regulations and project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
